OASIS comes with the option as an open floor plan or choose a design which has 1 to 4 rooms. Our various designs offer kitchens and bathrooms adding more little luxuries inside to suit your individual needs.

Like all our tiny mobile homes, Oasis is easy to set up and is constructed from quality materials so you can sleep easy knowing your mobile home is built to last.

Inclusions

ADR Trailer

• Tri axle trailer supplied to the Australian Design Rules and ready for registration (registration not included as it varies from state to state).
  • Steel chassis, primed and powder coated.
  • Air brakes fitted.
  • Includes coupling.

Power and Lighting:

All electrical items comply to Australian Standards (AS3001).

• Light and power cable, switches and power points installed.
• EDB (Electrical Distribution Board) installed and wired for air conditioning.
• Mains Power connection point located to the rear of the cottage.
• LED Light fixtures supplied.

^#1 – All items are supplied only (some cables fitted ready for connection). Connection of all electrical items not included and should be finalized by a licensed electrician.

Floor Structure and flooring:

• Strong reinforced steel floor external structure.
• Water and pest proof engineered hard floor installed over steel structure.
• Commercial-grade luxury vinyl flooring over hard floor.

Roof Structure and Finish:

• Centre section: Galvanized steel sheeting roof, finished with a zinc rich primer and protective paint. Thermally insulated with Glass wool between top and bottom steel sheets.
• Side roof sections: Thermally insulated expanded polystyrene panels with galvanized steel skin finished with protective paint panels inside with fiberglass outside.

Frames and Walls:

• External steel frames:  Finished with a zinc rich primer and protective paint.
• Walls: Thermally insulated expanded polystyrene panels with galvanized steel skin panels finished with protective paint.

Windows and Doors:

• Black powder-coated, lockable windows and doors.
• All windows and doors are:
  • Double-glazed for improved thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Insect screens are supplied on all windows.

The Oasis comes in many designs which give you a lot of choices to select from. You can select from the below options to complete your caravan home.

Option – Air Conditioner:

We have selected the perfect match for your tiny space, with enough power but very economical to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer without blowing the budget. For more information see our Home Accessories page here.

Note: All options are supply only, it is the owner’s responsibility to arrange connection or installation of all options.

Set-Up

• Set-up or pack up within a day.
• Three (3) to five (5) hours to unfold.
  Note: Setup times exclude any options.
• A detailed instruction manual is provided.
• Gas struts assist with lifting the roof section.

Dimensions (Open):

• 5900 long x 6300mm wide x 2550mm high (ex. trailer) – approx. 38m².

Dimensions Closed:

• 5850 Long x 2260mm wide x 2550mm high (ex. trailer).

Free Freight is only offered when a product can be shipped to the customer from the same city (for example: If a customer in Sydney purchases a product which is only stocked in Brisbane, the customer is not eligible for free freight unless they wait for us to ship the item from the supplier directly into Sydney).
